BaseEncode - portable en- and decoding of data as text.

BaseEncode is written as literate code, using Norman Ramsey's noweb. If you have noweb installed, you should download one of the BaseEncode-version.nw.tar* files; otherwise, the files named BaseEncode-version.f90.tar* hold noweb's output.

Versions

The releases are listed in inverse chronological order; a file name ending in .bz2 implies compression with bzip2, an ending of .gz implies the slightly less efficient gzip.
